Goku Small Mouse Pad

10. C-16

C-16 Dragon Ball FighterZ

The initial roster in Dragon Ball FighterZ was very clear about which characters were going to dominate the competitive scene, and C-16 was proudly at the top. As a fighter, he has a hooking-oriented playstyle, meaning his main focus will be grappling. 🏹

If you've ever played with him, you know that he can do considerable damage on his own, but he also fits extremely well into almost any team, to the point where it was almost impossible not to see him online . S

We also had an incredible amount of block stun (time during which you can't move after holding a hit), adding extra benefit to adding him to your team. He has, however, received an impressive number of nerfs and is an example of one of the most drastic drops in the game's tier list.

9. KID BUU

Kid Buu Dragon Ball FighterZ

Buu, as a villain, was created to become a seemingly indestructible force, eliminating anything in his path in the Dragon Ball Z saga, and this continues through FighterZ. Even with multiple nerfs and balance changes, Kid Buu hasn't changed much over the course of the game, and he remains an extremely wise choice. ✨

He doesn't lack much and he can thrive in almost any situation you put him in. His abilities are very fast and have crazy range, his damage is respectable compared to his speed, and he has an extremely devastating and neutral combo game that will KO any character that isn't prepared. 👊

8. CELL

Cell Dragon Ball FighterZ

Like C-16, Cell is very versatile , and he fits into any team. As he does in the anime, Cell takes the best aspects of many different characters and uses them to his advantage. He actually has one of the best, if not the best solo combo games, as he is able to rack up an incredible amount of damage and use Sparking Blast and Snapback combos better than anyone. 💥

He fell apart a lot after being considered one of the best characters in the game, but he's still a great jack of all trades. Having a Kamehameha is always a huge advantage, as we also see with Kid Buu, but the continued additions of small characters in FighterZ ended up giving the bigger ones a hard time until season 3. Find it now at Goku Shop the Cell Mini Figure to decorate your console!

7. GOTENKS

Gotenks Dragon Ball FighterZ

As you might expect from a small character with crazy speed like Gotenks (fusion of Trunks and Goten), he excels at teasing his opponents to deal huge damage, complemented by his amazing super moves. 🚀

Back when character choice was largely dependent on what type of assist he had, Gotenks was the top pick because he had, hands down, the best stretch combo in the game. He hasn't become a bad one at all. character, but now there are so many other warriors who have equivalent abilities that we tend to forget it a little...

6. VEGETA

Vegeta Dragon Ball FighterZ

Speaking of amazing assists, Vegeta 's was pretty broken. Not only did it stall opponents for way longer than it should, but it was a super easy combo extender that could make any attack connect with another. This character still remains as emblematic as Goku because he has been part of all the Best Dragon Ball Games .

His assists were toned down a bit to become more reasonable, and his style of play eventually earned him a solid midfield spot and a reliable Standard Warrior. Many high-level players in DBFighterZ used Vegeta as a pillar, and there is countless feedback regarding the Prince's stardom to continue fueling his Saiyan pride for a good generation! 👑

5. ADULT GOHAN

Gohan Adult Dragon Ball FighterZ

The Cell Saga and the Buu Saga were very plentiful and extensive in terms of the amount of characters provided, and Adult Gohan was a real contender for the title of best character in the game. At launch, the light emitted by Gohan gave newbies nightmares. players, and the pressure associated with having a solid grasp of his abilities was enough to make him very scary to fight. 🌌

His unique Level 1 Super was a major reason for his insane damage, coupled with his superb solo combos , his Level 5 Super allows for perfect mastery of the Sparking Blast ability that FighterZ had to offer. Ultimately, looking at Adult Gohan from the video game's launch until season 3, he had the chance to remain a high-level character choice at least for players. 🕹

4. BARDOCK

Bardock Dragon Ball FighterZ

If there's one character who has dominated the competitive FighterZ scene for most of his life, it's Bardock . As Goku 's father, one can imagine him saying, "In my time, we didn't need all these tricks." Bardock is a pure aggression character, very focused on direct attack, made even easier by his surprisingly spammable basic skills. 👍

He has great aerial attacks, effective snapback setups , lots of loops, and is one of the easiest characters to learn, making him an absolute force to be reckoned with and why not even start getting in. in the competition with him! While he's not as powerful as he was in the beginning, where compiling all of Bardock's Tier 3 Supers from a single tournament could create a feature-length film, he will likely forever remain a very powerful and very versatile. 🌱

3. PICCOLO

Piccolo Dragon Ball FighterZ

Piccolo got off to a pretty rough start during the early stages of the game FighterZ, often finding himself placed in the mid or lower tiers. He didn't have many advantages over other hunters until his infamous snapback setups were finally discovered.

He was easily the best at abusing the snapback mechanic with his off-set pressure, but having such a linear game plan is still a huge target for nerfs, and Season 3 unfortunately made changes to the snapback timing, making instantly the plan of Piccolo's techniques much worse. 😣

2. TEENAGE GOHAN

Gohan Teen Dragon Ball FighterZ

Gohan really got lucky in the video game this time around, and both his forms (teen and adult) are pretty amazing in their own right. Teenage Gohan is similar to adult Gohan, but he focuses more on offense and extreme pressure. Like Piccolo, he got off to a bit of a rocky start early in the game, but is now considered one of the best characters . ⭐

In fact, Gohan Ado adds to the current trend which sees child characters completely dominate the top of the table. This obviously sparked serious complaints, often ridiculed as being brain dead. As expected, he's extremely fast, has massive combo potential, and might just have the highest damage output in the entire game. 💥

Pop Gohan SSJ2

1. GOKU GT

Goku GT FighterZ

Goku GT finished Season 2 as the best character in the entire game. Just like Bardock, Goku GT is worth every action and can be found on most teams in modern Dragon Ball FighterZ tournaments. What sets this Goku apart from the other characters is that right from the start, on release day, it was clear that this character was going to be a complete sucker. 🤯

He's small, fast, harmful, and excels in all areas of the game. The universal removal of trivia and minor nerfs that he was able to earn in Season 3 certainly wasn't enough to stop him from dominating the competition, and he will probably continue to do so with ease. 😏

NEXT DLC DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ

Dragon Ball FighterZ, now two years removed from its release, is still thriving with the constant addition of new fighters. Master Roshi, aka Awesome Turtle or Kamé Sennin, whom fans recognize as the guru of dubious martial arts and who trained Goku, Gohan, Krillin and Yamcha, will be the third character to come and greet us in Pass n°3 of FighterZ , and will be available next month, in September 2020.

Kamé Sennin therefore joins Goku Ultra Instinct and Kefla, announced last February, in this Character Pass 3. The brief trailer above will give you an overview of the Hermit's standard punches and kicks, as well as his special ability allowing him to stuff his enemy into a clay jar. 🧉

Tortue Géniale will be the 17th downloadable fighter to join the game, there were 8 in the first season, 6 in the second, and we expect 5 in this Pass 3 (including 2 still unrevealed), which will cost $19.99 . Dragon Ball FighterZ is already available on all the most popular home consoles, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
