3) FREEZER

Originally, Frieza couldn't hold his own against a standard Super Saiyan, but after several months of training, his golden form allowed him to trade blows with someone like Jiren , while also giving him the ability to manipulate the Energy of Destruction, something not even Goku could do.

Frieza may be the strongest of his race, but that's no coincidence at all. Cooler , Frieza's brother, later unlocked his own golden form in Dragon Ball Super Heroes. As for Frost , he managed to gain enough power to fight on par with Vegeta in Super Saiyan for a while.
