TARBLE APPEARANCE:
Tarble is a Saiyan of very small size with a fairly thin build. Even smaller than his older brother, his appearance is however very similar to that of the latter during the Saiyan saga of Dragon Ball Z. Tarble has spiky black hair with a lock hanging over his forehead. He is equipped with a blue full-body suit and wears the battle armor typical of Frieza's forces . His torso armor has protective shoulder pads and he is also equipped with white combat gloves and boots. 👍
Like all the Saiyans and the men of Frieza 's army, Tarble wears a green power detector on his left eye. He also has a monkey tail that he lets swing freely instead of wrapping it around his waist like his peers.
PERSONALITY :
Tarble is a Saiyan with a character and nature relatively close to Son Goku's temperament. Kind and very polite, he shows a certain hesitation to fight and lacks confidence. Unlike his brother and the other Saiyans of Universe 7 , Tarble does not possess the natural aggression and arrogance linked to his race. This gentle nature combined with his low combat potential forced his father King Vegeta to banish him far from the Saiyan planet to avoid being embarrassed .
Despite the distance, Tarble gets along rather well with Prince Vegeta and sees the latter as a model of inspiration. He thinks highly of him, especially when he wrongly congratulates him when he is convinced that Vegeta has defeated Frieza. This admiration is not reciprocated, however, as Prince Vegeta has absolutely no concern for Tarble's fate.
Tarble seems to have a good friendly relationship with his sister-in-law Bulma as well as his nephew Trunks . Although he was concerned about the latter's well-being, he had no problem letting Trunks go and fight Abo and Kado . Tarble also has a very affectionate and friendly relationship with Gure, his wife whom he has known since he was little. He will also present the latter to his brother who will react with surprise upon discovering her appearance.
TARBLE’S BIOGRAPHY
Tarble was born on planet Vegeta a few years before it was blown up by Frieza. He is quickly classified as a lower class due to his low power and combat potential. His lack of skills during training and his low aggressiveness forced his father, King Vegeta , to exile him to a planet far removed from that of the Saiyans. Thanks to this banishment, Tarble escaped the genocide of his race and met Gure who would become his wife . 💍
About two years after the defeat of Majin Buu , the brothers Abo and Cado, two survivors of Frieza's former army, attack Tarble's house which forces the latter to defend himself. After an intense fight, the Saiyan prince realizes that he is no match for them and decides to flee with Gure in order to reach Earth in order to ask Vegeta for help.
Once on the human planet, Tarble announces that the evil duo pursuing him has a power level that has finally surpassed that of the Ginyu Commando to approach that of Frieza.
TARBLE IN THE FILM: HIS GOKU AND HIS FRIENDS ARE BACK
When he lands on Earth, Tarble meets Son Goku and his friends who notice his identity as a Saiyan warrior given his equipment and his monkey tail. Vegeta calls Tarble by name and declares that the young Saiyan is his own brother to everyone's surprise. Vegeta doesn't seem very happy to see his younger brother showing up like this after all this time. 🤔
The young Saiyan introduces his wife Gure to Son Goku and the others and explains that he is being pursued by two powerful warriors from Frieza's army.
Goku wants to fight first but Tarble states that Bardock's son's power is insufficient after scanning him with his detector. Vegeta then reprimands his brother by explaining to him that it is possible to hide and increase one's power tenfold . Son Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan which causes Tarble's detector to explode. The latter is then convinced by Vegeta's explanation while being impressed.
Shortly before the arrival of Frieza's henchmen, the others also want to face the imminent threat and a draw then takes place. Goku and the others head towards a radish field and whoever finds the longest will have the chance to face the two aliens. Trunks emerges as the winner of the competition and Gure wishes him good luck.
Once they arrive on Earth, Vegeta remembers Abo and Cado and states that they were about as powerful as the Ginyu Commando. Tarble specifies that since time, they have reached a level close to that of Frieza. The young Saiyan is then impressed when Goku states that Frieza was not that powerful and that he has encountered much more dangerous enemies. He then believes that Abo and Cado would be perfect opponents for the children and with much insistence, manages to obtain the right for Goten to fight Trunks in a two-on- two fight.
Tarble will make another appearance later when he tries to protect Gure from enemy fire and appears one last time at the end of the film after Frieza's minions are defeated.
Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods
Tarble is mentioned during this film by Bulma, when the group is wondering where they could find a sixth Saiyan so that they can allow Son Goku to achieve the Super Saiyan Divine form. Bulma suggests that Tarble could join the group, but Vegeta responds that his brother is on a very distant planet and is therefore unreachable. It is also implied that the two Saiyan princes have no way of communicating with each other. 👎
THE POWER OF TARBLE
Tarble , although of royal blood, is a lower class Saiyan and has quite ridiculous combat potential compared to that of Prince Vegeta. His low power is responsible for his banishment from Planet Vegeta . The Saiyan's power unit value is completely unknown but it is possible that it is between that of Raditz and that of Nappa . Tarble states that he is no match for the brothers Abo and Cado (in base form) although the latter state at one point that the Saiyan prince gave them some problems.
Tarble's power, however, is great enough to have been felt by C18 and Krillin as the Saiyan's spaceship approached Earth.
TARBLE’S ATTACKS AND POWERS
Tarble does not participate in any fights in the film in which he appears. The majority of his attacks, however, were invented and shown in the video game. 👊
Garrick Cannon : This is the same attack as his brother's. It is used by all members of the Vegeta family. The user charges a sphere of purple energy into their hands and then fires a powerful beam towards their opponent. This attack is relatively similar to the Kamehameha technique.
Royal Garrick Cannon : This is a combined attack between the three Garrick Cannons of King Vegeta, Prince Vegeta and Tarble. This ultimate attack appears in Super Dragon Ball Heroes.
Full Power Energy Shot : An attack used in Raging Blast 2. Tarble extends his palm towards his opponent and fires a powerful, devastating beam of blue energy.
Explosive Wave : Tarble creates an explosive wave around himself to push back and destroy nearby enemies or environments.
Volley of Super Energy Waves : A technique used in Raging Blast 2. It is similar to that of King Vegeta. Tarble fires successively with a rapid rate, numerous blue energy shots towards his opponent.
UFO Attack : This is Tarble's ultimate attack in Raging Blast 2. The Saiyan charges his opponent and delivers a powerful blow so that he crashes to the ground. Tarble then uses his remote control to send the coordinates of his enemy's location. In the seconds that follow, the Saiyan's space capsule falls from the sky at high speed and crashes violently into his enemy.
Energy Boost : Tarble charges his energy and surrounds himself with a blue aura. This allows him to be faster and more focused during a confrontation.
Giant Ape : Tarble never had the opportunity to transform during the saga. However, he has a very apparent monkey tail that floats around him, which confirms his ability to transform into a Giant Monkey on full moon evenings or with the help of an artificial moon. His father and brother have the ability to maintain total mental control in this bestial form, but it is unknown if Tarble has the same control during his metamorphosis.

- Tarble is one of the few Saiyans to never die in the entire saga. However, it is complicated to compare him to the others because he appears very rarely and almost never fights.
- One-character Tarble is very similar in nature to Gine, Son Goku's mother. They are indeed both pure Saiyans with a tender heart, which contrasts with the ruthless and arrogant character found in the Saiyans of Universe 7 . Both Saiyans were classified as lower class warriors. If this is not a problem for Gine, this detail nevertheless embarrassed the royal family in the case of Tarble which led to the banishment of the latter.
- Tarble is mentioned in the Broly film from Dragon Ball Super . During the prologue, after learning of the destruction of the Saiyan world, Nappa wonders if Tarble survived the genocide and Vegeta responds that he has no idea, adding that he does not care about his fate. .
- It is in the video game Dragon Ball Z Raging Blast 2 that Tarble is playable for the very first time. He also has some interesting and exclusive lines when pitted against his brother or other Saiyans.
