THE SAGA OF CELL
Mr. Satan arrives in the story of Dragon Ball Z from the Cell Saga. More specifically, during the championship organized by Cell . 🏁
Considered the world champion, Hercules decides to participate in the tournament. He is convinced that Cell is a loser and that he will defeat him without much trouble. Before entering the ring, Goku tries to warn him several times.
When Cell sweeps the world champion with his arm, he pretends that he tripped. Cell is undoubtedly very lucky, because Hercules was about to give him a secret technique . He will remain on the sidelines observing the fights between the others. He repeatedly claims that ki attacks are light shows. The TV crew ridicules Goku and his friends, firmly believing that only Mr. Satan is the only one who can defeat Cell. 😅
Satan will hide quietly, afraid of the fury of battle. He plays a key role later when C-16 asks him to throw his head in front of Son Gohan . Taking his courage in both hands, Hercules makes an act of bravery and takes the risk. C16 arrives in front of Gohan and talks to him before being executed by Cell. This has the effect of unleashing immense rage, allowing Gohan to transform into a Super Saiyan 2 . It is in this form that he will succeed in defeating the terrible enemy. 💪
Following the final Kamehameha , thick smoke spreads and blinds everyone. Gohan and the others leave, leaving Mr. Satan and the TV crew alone. No one really saw what happened. Seven years after Cell's defeat, Mr. Satan has become someone rich and famous . According to Videl, he has become a womanizer who uses his fame as a champion to sleep with numerous women. She also explains to Gohan that his father is no longer as strong as before in martial arts. He now lives solely on his reputation and abandons training. 💰
Videl is quite good at martial arts and is starting to not appreciate her father's lack of seriousness. As time goes on, she wishes that someone would beat her father in the next world tournament, so that he would receive a lesson in humility and respect.
As the reigning world champion , Mr. Satan is automatically entered into the World Martial Arts Tournament. Once he arrives, he panics when he sees the saiyans who were present during the fight against Cell. He obviously knows that he does not have the level to face them. 😱
Following the final of the junior division (Trunks wins the fight against Goten), Mr. Satan is preparing to compete in an exhibition match against Vegeta's son. Hercules asks Trunks to hit him in the cheek . Trunks knocks him out of the ring in a flash. The public believes that it was all just a show and Mr. Satan lost on purpose to please them. ✌
Later, he is brought to fight against C-18. She agrees to lose the fight for the sum of 20,000,000 zeni. (Which is double the price). 💰
THE SAGA OF MAJIN BUU
After Big Boo kills his master Babidi, Mr. Satan is called to defeat the monster. To do this, he will use two strategies:
- Offer him poisoned candy .
- Trap him with a surprise bomb .
Regarding the first, Big Boo will enjoy the candy and find it delicious. For the second, the surprise bomb makes him laugh. The cunning Satan then tricks Majin Buu into posing for a photo. He makes him lie on his stomach while Satan poses, and then becomes Majin Buu's servant. As Mr. Satan plans to use a super explosive to try to kill Majin Buu, Majin Buu returns early from a killing spree with an injured puppy, showing signs of goodness in him. Mr. Satan brings this good to the surface by helping Majin Buu heal the puppy and gently convincing him that killing is wrong. Mr. Satan and Majin Buu then form a true friendship, and name with the puppy. 🤜🤛
Later, two guys come to kill Boo. They kill the puppy, causing a surge of hatred. Big Boo will split in two. Boo evil incarnate appears before him, representing his entire evil side. During the duel, the villain will transform Big Boo into chocolate and then eat him. This is when Majin Buu appears. He spares Satan, probably thanks to the influence of Big Boo, and he sets off on a quest to eradicate the human species. 💀
Much later, Goku and Vegeta fight Little Buu, pure evil. This fight is incredibly difficult to win. Goku wants to create a genkidama of unparalleled power. They used the Dragon Balls to resurrect the earthlings. When Goku and Vegeta explain to them to raise their hands in the air to transfer their energy to destroy Boo, no one believes it. ✨
It is Mr. Satan who will play a decisive role by explaining to them that he is the one facing Boo and that he needs their energy. All of humanity raises their hands in the air and Goku gets enough energy to defeat Buu. Mr Satan is once again the great savior of the world . 🤞
