Android 21 (人造 人間 21, 号Jinzōningen Nijūichi-Gō, "Artificial Human No. 21") is an Android who appears as the main antagonist of the video game Dragon Ball FighterZ in his evil character. She was designed by Dr. Gero, and she may even be smarter than him. 🧠

APPEARANCE OF C-21
Android 21 was designed by Akira Toriyama. This character is described as a great scientist, with beautiful curves and advantageous shapes. She has glasses and long bushy auburn hair. She has a gold ring on her left middle finger and black nails. She wears a pair of earrings, beautiful round gold hoop earrings and a short sleeveless blue and red dress. She also has opaque black tights, black sleeves and blue and red heeled boots. His eyes are similar to those of Dr. Gero's androids, such as Android 18 . 👀
In his true form, Android 21 keeps his body curvy, his skin turns pink, his hair turns into a much paler variation of pink, his ears become pointy, his eyes change depending on whether his evil half takes over and him. confers a tail. PERSONALITY OF C-21
Due to his biology, Android 21 has a natural, compulsive instinct to feed (which has become uncontrollable due to the madness of his body's cells). Like Majin Boo , she prefers candy and confectionery, her favorite being macaroons. However, she has no control over her hunger and constantly fights to keep from turning her opponents into treats and devouring them. His hunger is so great and painful that it led to Android 21's psyche being damaged and manifesting a split personality. 🍬
The longer she goes without feeding, the more her evil side takes control. But when her true personality is in her control, she acts like a kind and motherly woman who was concerned about C-18 and even agreed to help him. However, when her evil persona resurfaces, she becomes a sadistic, power-hungry sociopath, wanting to "devour" all powerful fighters, reaching the point of near insanity. His gluttonous thirst for powerful "devouring" fighters is similar to the Majins' traits, inherited when Boo's cells were added to him. His good side is friendly towards Good Boo, likely due to their shared biology and love of candy. 🍡
In contrast, her evil side does not care for Android 16 and believes that Androids have no use for things like family and loved ones as she orders Android 18 to attack her husband Krillin. Additionally, she only likes Dr. Gero for his labs and research. Although her main focus is on eating, the perverse side of Android 21's personality does not rule out the concept of seeking galactic conquest although this objective remains secondary to satisfying her hunger.
Unlike her good side, the evil C-21 only cares about herself and possesses a selfish personality. Like Cell, her power causes her to view other beings as less powerful than herself, although in addition, she dismisses all other beings as nothing more than food to make her stronger. Although she is responsible for creating evil clones of the Z Fighters as well as Nappa, the Ginyu commando, Frieza, Cell (all of whom she resurrected with Namek 's crystal balls) and Kid Boo, they do not exist. as a source of food to feed her and her hunger, even if they find their taste unsatisfactory. 🍓
It only allows Z fighters, resurrected villains, and androids to survive and grow stronger in order to further its goal of consuming them. Her personalities were later transferred to her two halves after she successfully used fission following the emotional turmoil caused by the death of her adopted son C-16 , who was killed by her evil side at the time. following his loss of control. 🧒🏻

During one of her conversations with the player in the Dragon Ball video game, she notes that its creator, while not a good person, was a brilliant scientist and admits that she would like to know the reason why she was created while admitting that he might not answer her questions or that if he did, she may not want to know the truth. Interestingly, she never mentions Dr. Gero's name directly, although it is obvious that he is the one she is referring to. 🤖
THE TWO PERSONALITIES OF C-21
After separating from her significant other, the evil 21 mocked her significant other's refusal to feed on others to increase her power and was certain that she was a hypocrite who would eventually give in to her hunger and feed on his allies. However, kind C-21 was able to bond with the human soul that had been bonded to Android 18, allowing her to maintain control over herself and oppose her evil half without succumbing to his hunger. However, the good version of 21 feared losing control one day, and so decided to sacrifice himself to stop his evil half and prevent himself from losing control and hurting his new friends. 💑
Whis and Beerus noted that over time, the kindly versions of Android 21 would have succumbed to hunger, so his sacrifice was ultimately a good thing. However, it is unclear whether the good C-21 could have overcome her hunger permanently, although she may not have wanted to risk losing control of herself. The sacrificial aspect of the personality of the kind C-21 perfectly resembles that of her adopted son, C-16.
BIOGRAPHY OF C-21
PREAMBLE
Android 21's story varies and it seems she herself doesn't know the truth:
- In one case, she claims that she was initially a human earthling, converted by Doctor Gero into an android. As a human, she had a son with Dr. Gero who became the model for the design of Android 16. 🧬
- In another instance, C-21 notes that she is a new type of Bio-Android - superior to Cell - built in the image of a human woman with the IQ of an adult, although she doesn't even have not ten years old - which makes her feel like she missed out on her teenage years. 👶🏻
Over time, the cells of many powerful warriors and intelligent researchers were added to him, with even Boo's cells being added to him as well. She states that she has no memory of her apparent life as a human and has often found it amusing to imagine what her original name was and what her life was like. She didn't know why Gero created her as a new unique type of Android different from the mecha types (C-16) and modified humans (C-17 and C-18). Her good side didn't know much about her creator (only referring to him as "the scientist") although she knew he was a person of great intelligence, but discussing him for some reason made him want to cry. On the other hand, his evil side knew Gero but cared little for him or the Android constructed in his son's image. 🙄
At one point, C-21 remembered having a son. When she realized that she wanted to see him so much and have him by her side, she fixed Android 16 (the android whose design was inspired by her son) and explained that she wanted to treat him like family. Android 21 apparently does not know that Dr. Gero was the father of his human self's son and so the exact nature of Dr. Gero's relationship with his human version is still unknown, beyond the fact that they were the parents of the human model of C-16. When C-21's cravings resurfaced, she activated the Binding System to use its functions to keep herself under control, suppressing her growing need to feed. Eventually, this caused its different versions to search for Android 18 and Android 17 separately, with the system enabled, in the hopes of being able to successfully link them to another soul. 🌟
According to Android 16, at some point, her mother C-21's cells may have gone crazy, resulting in her uncontrollable urges to feed. It is likely that Majin Boo's cells were responsible. Additionally, Android 21's hunger may be a result of his unique combination of Majin and Saiyan cells, as Saiyans and Majins are known to have large appetites. Her evil persona may have also been influenced by the combination of cells she acquired from Frieza, Cell, and Kid Boo, as her evil side is known for being cold like Frieza and Cell while showing signs of insanity similar to Kid Buu. The evil C-21 does not rule out the idea of galactic conquest which can also be influenced by Frieza's cells. ❄️
It should be noted that the activation of the wave machine by his evil personality which caused his original personality to regain control only occurs in the timeline of Android-21's arc, as his evil personality controls and uses her original personality as a hostage to force Android 16 to serve her, although he rebels by binding a human soul to Goku in the Super Warriors arc timeline, while he accidentally ends up bonding to Frieza in the timeline of the enemy warriors arc. In the Arc C-21 timeline, she works with C-16 to find a way to suppress his evil side and his hunger. 🌭
C-21 IN DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT
The woman Android 21 was based on appears in the video game Kakarot as "Seeker Woman". During Vegeta's training to become a Super Saiyan, Dr. Brief introduces him to his new employee - the Researcher - by showing her the improvements to the training room. 🌟
The researcher explains to Vegeta how the new training room works. Later, after working with Bulma on the Ginyu commando space vehicle in which Goku had returned to Earth, the researcher calls Goku at Bulma's request to inform him that Bonyu's battle data has been recovered and could be fought at any time. 💥
C-21 IN DRAGON BALL Z: FIGHTERZ
SUPER WARRIOR BOW
Giving a false version to Goku and Krillin, she claimed that she was a researcher employed by the Red Ribbon Army who had deserted with the help of Android 18, who had been injured while protecting her from Cell, all this to avoid fighting them. His true intentions are later revealed when the Z-warriors team defeats C-16, who is revealed to have bound a human soul to Goku against Android 21's wishes. The soul will return to Goku. C-21 later consumes the resurrected villains Nappa, the Ginyu Commando, Frieza and Cell. Like Kid Buu, she will ultimately be defeated by Goku's Spirit Bomb. However, questions regarding it and Android 16 remain. 🙄
The events of this arc appear to no longer occur when the spirit returns to the beginning of events to possess someone else and learn more about the truth, at Whis' suggestion. 💤
ENEMY WARRIOR BOW
C-21 & C-16 travel to the new planet Namek and use the crystal balls to summon Porunga and revive Frieza, Cell, Nappa and the Ginyu force. Bringing the resurrected villains back to Earth, C-21 clones them before linking the artificial souls to all of these villains, allowing him to control them. She eventually discovers that C-16 had inadvertently linked a human soul to Frieza. Android 21 sends C-18 to eliminate the villains but he is defeated and freed. 💥
C-21 confronts the villains and notes that she does not reject the idea of seeking galactic conquest before discovering that it was a set-up to fool Krillin and Goku into believing that C-18 had been injured. After defeating Goku and Krillin, Frieza and Cell realize that C-21 is gone and inform Goku and Krillin that they have been tricked. C-21 decides to punish C-16 for betraying her by sending her to kill her enemies. However, she knew he would be defeated and after transforming into his true form, 21 feigns helplessness, forcing Android 16 to protect her from Frieza. Eventually, she is furious at the loss of her clones, forcing her to resort to consuming the originals, the result of a plan designed by Frieza to force her to confront his enemies. 😲
She is then destroyed by Goku, Frieza and Cell with a combined energy wave after using Bulma's machine at maximum power to regain enough power. After his death, the soul leaves Frieza who, along with his minions and his ally Cell, ends their truce with the Z-Fighters team, although the outcome of this confrontation is not shown.
The events of this arc are seemingly stopped when the spirit returns to the beginning of events to possess someone else and learn more about the truth. 💤
ARC OF C-21
Android 21 appears just after the bonding process of Android 18 and another soul. She then introduces herself to C-18's inner soul and explains her status and the current situation, of how the clones created by the Red Ribbon Army are going on a rampage and destroying Earth. C-21 also tells the soul to communicate with Android 18. After this, C-18, 16, 21, along with Android 17, sets out to find the clones. 🤖
Over time however, C-21 begins to lose more control over herself, and it is finally when Krillin arrives to save C-18 that she will lash out to try to engulf him. Fortunately, the group subdued it with the help of the soul inside C-18. They then proceed to annihilate several clones. 🚨
When the group encountered Cell, who had been restored to full power due to bonding with an artificial soul , C-21 transformed into his true form and fought alongside C-18 and C-17, much to the chagrin of C-18 and C-17. C-16. After the fight, she gives in to her urges and tries to eat Cell. As the soul tried to attach itself to it, the entity inside rejected it. Having no other choice, C-16 tries to stop him, resulting in his death at his hands. Devastated at having killed the android modeled after her son, she finally pushes away the entity that had given her nothing but fear for so long. 👊🏻
It is later revealed in a conversation between his good and evil halves at the laboratory where the remote control for the wave machine is located that it was his evil personality, activating the machine, that caused his original personality to resurface and regain control of their body due to the waves, weakening his evil half. 😮
